“Mmm, these are delicious!” Laia moaned, taking a bite of the chocolate cupcake.
“Laia!” Rachel scolded. “Those aren’t for you.” She narrowed her eyes at her, snatching the cupcake from her.
Laia rolled her eyes. “Well, I’ve already ate it, at least let me finish.” She grabbed the cupcake from Rachel’s hands, taking another bite from it.
I sighed, shaking my head.
They are so immature.
Rachel groaned. “Great, look who’s arrived.”
I scrunched my eyebrows together, wondering who she was talking about, before turning to look in the direction she was glaring at.
I sighed, tearing my eyes away from him. “Hopefully, he didn’t see me, i’m in no mood for him today.” I stated.
Laia giggled. “You’re never in the mood for him.”
“Anyways, enough about Derek, let’s put out the rest of the cupcakes before everyone comes.” Rachel announced.
“I think we’ve made too much.” Laia said, looking down at all the cutely decorated cupcakes.
“You’re just saying that cause you want to eat them all.” I giggled, pulling all my hair up on top of my head wrapping round a black hair tie I had securely on my wrist, before making it into a messy bun.
“Let’s get unpacking.” I smiled, leaning down and picking up a box full of cupcakes, before placing it onto the counter we had on our stall.
“This is so heavy.” Laia whined, lazily picking up a box before planting it next to where I put mine.
“How did you even pass P.E ?” Rachel asked, staring at her amusingly.
“I didn’t.” Laia huffed, picking up another box.
Rachel looked at her confused. “But you –“
I cut her off.
“It doesn’t matter if she did or didn’t pass, we have lots to do and I honestly want to get this over with.” I said, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.
“Fine.” Rachel replied, continuing with what she was doing.
“Yo, we’re gonna run late If your ass isn’t ready by five minutes!” I heard Chaz shout from downstairs.
“I’m going! Hold on!” I shouted back, slipping on my dark blue, basketball shoes, before glancing in the mirror checking my hair quickly, before making my way downstairs to where Chaz was waiting.
“About time.” Chaz exclaimed.
I just rolled my eyes. “Let’s go.” I stated, grabbing my car keys for my Fiska Karma.
“Later mom!” I shouted, so she knew I was leaving.
“Good luck, honey, have fun, the both of you!” I heard her shout back.
Me and Chaz looked a each other, before smirking. “We will!” We both shouted simultaneously.
“We are so gonna win this.” Chaz grinned, hoping into my Range Rover that was parked up front.
“That we definitely are.” I chuckled, stepping into the driver’s side.
“I can already see it, both of us, including Ryan of course, snatching off those tickets to that vacation, hitting the beaches, hitting the clubs, hitting on the hot chicks.” He chuckled. “It is gonna be tight.” He smirked, putting his arms behind his head, intertwining his fingers together.
I smirked back. “You do know that it’s not only gonna be us getting those tickets if we win, bro, we do have to go with all the seniors.” I said, putting the car key into ignition.
Chaz groaned. “I know, and we have to go with all the old bitches that are called teachers.”
I laughed. “Yeah, but don’t get your hopes up too much dude, there could be a chance that we won’t win.” I licked my lips, finding a good parking spot.
“But we will win.” He stated, getting out of the car, walking through the gates where the AllStratfordSchool’s Event was held.
I sighed getting out of my car, before locking it, following Chaz through the gates, seeing students for Stratford North and South in small stalls selling things like; Cupcakes, lemonade, etc.
I made my way to where Chaz was heading too, seeing my team warming up for the game.
“Glad you finally came.” Mr. Reymer stated, angrily.
I rolled my eyes, inwardly. “Sorry, it was my fault, I woke up late.”
“Justin, this has happened six times these past two week’s now if you want to keep your spot as captain, make sure it doesn’t happen again, alright?” He asked, firmly.
I nodded, not saying anything before he flips more than he already has.
“Good.” He replied, walking away.
I heard a familiar voice laugh. “Well, you got told.”
I smirked back. “Ryan man, where have you been these past two weeks bro?” I chuckled as he walked up to me.
“Sick.” He shrugged.
I snickered. “Yeah, of course you were, you are so lucky your mom believes any shit you throw at her.” I shook my head it him.
He smirked, shrugging. “So what’s the deal with you and this mysterious chick?” He asked, changing the subject.
My smirk fell.
“What do you mean?” I asked, trying to play stupid when I clearly knew what he was talking about.
He smirked, knowingly. “You know, at the Halloween party, the girl you were with, what’s up with that man, she was basically all you were looking at.” He chuckled.
I scratched the back of my neck nervously. “What gir-“
“Bro, you know what I’m talking about and you know what girl, stop trying to act stupid, I’ve known you like my whole life dude, I think I can read you perfectly well.” He stated.
“Okay.” I sighed. “Well, basically I met this girl at the party whatever thing and I don’t know.” I breathed out, licking my lips. “She was just so, so beautiful and captivating I needed to at least talk to her, she had the most amazing eyes and I may have just met her but, I knew she was something special.” I said, letting everything out. Man, I sounded like such a girl that was so embarrassing.
“Wow, that was some deep shit man.” Ran said, with wide eyes.
I chuckled. “I sound like such a girl, God I hope no one heard me.” I said, looking around for anyone close by.
Ryan snickered. “Who knew that the Justin Bieber, my best friend will be so awestruck by a girl?” He smirked, crossing his arms.
I glared at him. “You’re making it sound like I’m in love with her.”
“After all that you told me, it made it seem like it.” He laughed.
“I don’t know her, I can’t be in love with her man, that’s crazy.” I shook my head. “I have met her like – once or some shit.” I said, shrugging.
“I was just playing, but seriously what if you did know her and what if she does go to our school.” He stated.
I furrowed my eyebrows. “What do you mean?”
“I mean tha-“He started, but Reymer cut him off.
“Sorry to interrupt your conversation boys but I need to talk to the team.”
“Yeah, we’re going now coach!” Ryan shouted back. “Let’s go, man.” He said, turning to me. “We’re continuing this later.” He smirked.
I rolled my eyes, jokingly. “Yes, mom.”
